Teen Martial Arts Bridge Page

BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR TEENS'S TRIAL SPOT

Please take 60 seconds to review how our trial program works and what to expect.

WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS

Our 2-week beginner program is designed for teens who need structure, confidence, focus, and consistency in a positive, encouraging environment.

This is not a drop-in activity or a one-time class.

It’s a guided introduction to martial arts so your teen can experience it the right way before you make any decisions.

WHY WE USE A TRIAL PROGRAM

The trial allows your teen to:

Attend beginner friendly classes.

Learn at their own pace.

Be guided step-by-step by our instructors.

Parents use this time to see if the program is the right fit for their teen and family.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RESERVE YOUR SPOT

Your teen is placed into beginner appropriate classes.

We prepare their HMA t-shirt and class placement.

You receive instructions on what to expect for the first class.

Attend structured classes twice per week on consistent days and times, easy for family schedules.

After the first class, meet with the instructor for additional information, programs, and pricing.

There is no obligation to continue after the trial

WHO THIS TRIAL IS BEST FOR

This program is best for teens who are:

Growing more independently.

Facing new pressures at school and socially.

Needing confidence, direction, a positive outlet, and not just an activity.
